Painters and Decorators

Are you an experienced painter with a keen eye for detail looking for a full time, permanent position? This could be the role for you!

We have an opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join our growing team working across Aldershot, Andover and Winchester. You will be responsible for carrying out internal and external painting works across MoD properties. An NVQ L2 painting qualification would be advantageous but not essential so if you have experience working across domestic or commercial properties, we would like to hear from you!

Please note that this role requires travel and we can only consider applicants with a full UK driving licence.

• Carrying out internal and external painting
• Prepping surfaces prior to painting (filling, sanding, etc)
• Minor repairs to walls and ceilings
• Measuring and cutting wallpaper for application
• Inspecting work to ensure high‑quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised site at all times
• Ensuring all work is completed within the agreed timeframe

• Previous painting and decorating experience
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass security clearance

• Salary between £30K – £33K per annum
