Club Manager

Part time position

$13 – $16 hourly (based on experience)

In search of a candidate that’s willing to learn and can uphold Willow Point Golf & Country Club’s standards.

The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, some holidays, and weekends.

Must have an ability to maintain a positive attitude, be well organized, and possess strong communication skills.

• Greet members and guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Manage security and telecommunications systems.
• Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
• Transfer calls as necessary.
• Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
• Manage meeting room availability.
• Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail.
• Take reservations for dining.
• Handle transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Take and handle Villa Room reservations; check Villa guests in and out.

Job duties also include creating a first impression when members enter the clubhouse and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
