Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands‑on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community. This role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.

• Train and supervise the maintenance team
• Manage make‑ready board and unit turns
• Use Yardi, One Site, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

• 1‑4+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
• Skilled in Yardi/One Site, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
