Job Title: General Labor Cleanup

Location: Alexander City area

Pay: $16

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7-3:30 pm

A construction company in our area is seeking motivated general laborers and construction clean up. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the work area, cleaning the area, moving and removing worksite materials and more.

• Picking up construction debris around the job site.
• Moving CMU blocks, lumber, mortar bags, rebar and more.
• Cleaning bathrooms and using a cart for trash removal.
• Assisting with maintaining temporary barricades and fencing.
• Picking up trash as needed.
• Sweeping or blowing off sidewalks and paved areas.
• Moving boxes or furniture.
• Loading and Unloading trucks or trailers.
• Dismantling scaffolding and barricades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and follow all safety protocols.

• Must be 19 years of age.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using a leaf blower.
• Lift/Carry up to 50lbs.
• Walk/Stand for long periods of time.
• Bend/stoop ability.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Construction or Industrial cleanup experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
