RN Emergency Dept. (PRN) job at Russell Medical. Alexander City, AL.
RN Emergency Dept. (PRN)Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of patients in accordance with physician’s treatment plans.
Dept Info: 12 bed ED, with 2 trauma rooms. Physician in ED at all times. APP in ED daily from 10a-10p. Average 4:1 nurse to patient ratio. Level 3 Trauma Center. Stroke Ready Center.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- No experience required.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Experience with patient therapeutic equipment/machines or reasonable accommodation.
- Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development. Patient Population Served:
Neonate (Newborn), Infant (3-12 mo.), Toddler (1-3 yrs.), Preschool (3-5 yrs.), School Age (5-12 yrs.), Adolescent (12-18 yrs.), Adult (18-70yrs.), Geriatric (>70 yrs.)
PRN (varies as needed)
