Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of patients in accordance with physician’s treatment plans. Must be able to work in every dept. on the 3rd floor including OB, Nursery, Peds, and Post-partum. Must be willing to work night and day shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care through assessment, treatment, and education of patients in accordance with physician treatment plans.
- Be able to work in all departments on the 3rd floor (OB, Nursery, Pediatrics, Postpartum).
- Willing to work night and day shifts.
- Education:
Associates Degree in Nursing - Experience:
None required - Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations:
Registered Nurse. PALS/ACLS/NRP certifications must be obtained within one year of employment on the unit.
- Office machines, computer terminal, diagnostic equipment, patient therapeutic equipment/machines, and fetal monitor equipment.
- Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development.
