Administrative / Maintenance Maintenance Superintendent Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the maintenance sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and providing administrative support in maintenance projects.

• Support the Maintenance Superintendent in the coordination and follow-up of maintenance services.
• Management and control of technical and administrative documentation.
• Preparation and follow-up of orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Support in the management of invoicing and certifications.
• Coordination with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Follow-up of incidents and control of the status of work.
• Preparation of reports and updating of databases.
• Document management and compliance with internal procedures.

• Education in Administration, Building, Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in administrative functions related to maintenance, construction, or work.
• Good handling of office tools, especially Excel.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and team orientation.

• Experience in project management and maintenance of facilities is valuable.
