Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consist in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).

It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Job Description:

You will be able to be part of amazing project related to AI & ME Efficiency.

Tasks:

- Co-Design:
Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account & push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design/M&P) & Supply Chain.

- Industrialization:
Participate in the definition of process for ME & Calculate the time at operation level & Participate in the implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness

- Support to shopfloor
- Consider Health & Safety regulation

Required skills #Airbus Diversity As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Master Degree en Aeronautical Engineering or related fields

- Level B2 English.
