Grow Up Program

Veolia offers solutions for the efficient management of water, waste, and energy activities, promoting the sustainable development of cities, industries, and agriculture. We work mainly in three areas: water, offering solutions in urban and industrial management; waste, transforming it into new resources; and energy, improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities.

The Grow Up Program offers a 1-year professional development opportunity, combining practical experience in a real environment and theoretical training to complement your development. We will prepare you to become a future key professional and generate great value within the company.

This experience will be based on combining knowledge in operations, technical office, and the development of a strategic final project.

How will we start? With a great welcome to the program!

We will begin with a week of onboarding focused on getting to know Veolia's different businesses through visits to water, waste, and energy facilities. You will learn about the company's strategy from the company's top experts and meet your mentor.

The program will be developed in different locations such as Madrid and Seville, so you will get a 360° view of the waste business line:

• Plastics
• Municipal Waste
• Industrial, Commercial, and Biomass Waste

You will combine training in technical and business areas with:

• Workshops on sustainability and circular economy.
• Networking spaces with senior leaders and experts in sustainability and circular economy.

What will be the main requirements to apply for the program?

• Recent graduates in Industrial, Environmental, Energy, Chemical, Civil, or Forest Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of internship - maximum 2 years of professional experience.
• B2 level of English.
• Availability for geographical mobility.
