We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Job Description:

A typical internship will comprise of a main project that will run for the length of the placement, on a topic related to Lab, Ground or Flight test data Analytics for the fields of General systems, Avionics, Mission, Datalinks, Comms or Radar Systems, with additional shorter tasks to give exposure to a range of work. Support is readily provided from within the team, but an intern will be expected to take ownership of their tasks and be proactive, engaging with colleagues and managers wherever required.

At Integration Test & Analysis we are at the heart of aircraft development, and the value it delivers to our customers providing independent testing being the first internal customer of Engineering. Our main mission is to provide testing services to all development loops along product/solution lifecycle to all flying platforms.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Aeronautical or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Fluent English.
• Strong programming skills
• Skills valued: analytical ability, able to apply knowledge to unfamiliar problems, but also proactively, teamwork and communication skills in English.
