This is a full-time, on-site role located in Blue Ash Ohio, or possible remote for other locations, for an Account Executive at Lend Sure Mortgage Corp. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers and loan officers, driving loan volume growth by promoting Lend Sure's products, and providing exceptional customer service to partners. Daily tasks include managing loan pipelines, communicating program updates, facilitating problem resolution, and ensuring a seamless loan process.
The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and educating partners on product offerings.
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with mortgage loan programs, including Non-QM loans, Bank Statement Loans, and Property Investor Loans.
- Solid understanding of lending industry guidelines, underwriting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and loan origination systems is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales in the mortgage or lending industry is a strong asset.
