Training Aids Support Engineer
An opportunity for Training Aids Support Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).
Within the Training Centres Services organization (TASTO5) you will be responsible to provide support to Airbus Defence and Space Training Centres (TC) both at internal facilities (Seville ITC and Getafe TC) and to our Customers TCs. You will be responsible to Support the ITC Support Service Leader and the Global Support Services Leader on the:
- Management of the local support team service provider.
- Interfacing internal and external organizations like Facility Management, Information Management and Training Device Suppliers.
- Management and execution of operational services like Remote and Local technical support, spares repair and replenishment, obsolescence management services, training, etc..
- Setup and deployment of training centres support services at internal and customer facilities.
RESPONSABILITIES:
In the context of your activity, you will have to:
- Acquire a good level of expertise in the training and simulation domain, in a highly technological and constantly evolving environment
- Learn and understand the operation of ADS platforms systems like A400M, C295, CN235, MRTT and Eurofighter
- Develop a Customer oriented mindset and understand the training needs of pilots, maintenance, cabin crew and other training devices support personnel.
- Develop team work capabilities in highly matrix oriented organization with multiple lines of reporting and substantial need for business agility.
- Ensure an interface with a substantial number of players and customers and manage various tasks simultaneously
- Able to work under pressure in a multi-cultural environment.
- Have availability to travel abroad.
SKILLS:
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competences:
- Educated in Aeronautical and/or Industrial and/or IT Engineering.
- Experience in International Customer Support.
- Experience in Material Management services and/or SAP.
- Experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management.
- Experience in training devices maintenance.
- Experience in Aircraft Systems (A330 MRTT, A400M, CN235 and C295).
- Experience in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA, SharePoint, CRM).
- Experience in Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, )
- Experience in mySim Tool.
- Experience in IA related development and DAISEI environment.
- Language:
Spanish and English (Negotiation level). Additional languages will be positively evaluated. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge/experience in operational military environment is a plus.
- Knowledge/experience in software development is a plus.
