We are looking for a Network Specialist focused on IT infrastructure operations, with a focus on security, stability, and continuous improvement of services in complex business environments.

The position is based in Valencia in a hybrid work model, performing some days from home and others in the office where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

• Management and operation of network infrastructure and security using technologies such as Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), Fortinet (Forti Gate), Palo Alto Networks, and F5 load balancers.
• Monitoring of events using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, or Solar Winds, analyzing logs and metrics for incident detection.
• Network administration (routing and switching) with protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs (IPSec/SSL) and execution of changes in production environments.
• Support for cloud environments (Azure, AWS) integrating hybrid networks (VPN, Express Route, VPC, VNet) and collaborating on continuous improvement tasks.

• Operate and maintain IT infrastructures (network, systems, and security) ensuring compliance with SLAs and defined KPIs.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools such as Service Now.
• Implement security policies and controls in coordination with IT Security Operations teams (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Analyze network and infrastructure performance through metrics, capacity planning, and continuous optimization.
• Execute Infrastructure Event Management tasks ensuring service availability and stability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in deployments, migrations, and architecture improvements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the operation of enterprise networks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Security Operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in network administration with Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN IPSec/SSL).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios, Dynatrace, or similar).
• Minimum 1 year of experience using ITSM tools such as Service Now.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; 3 additional years of experience in networks as equivalent is accepted.
• Spanish level C1 or native.
• English level B2 minimum.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in network services (VNet, VPC, VPN Gateway, Express Route).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Event Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SIEM tools or security (Splunk Enterprise Security, QRadar).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC).
• Technical certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure Fundamentals.
• English level C1.
