Job Description
Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently. Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, Workplace and Service Desk services. Experience in Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Config Management and Knowledge Management. Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably Service Now, is a key requirement of the position. Creating reports within Service Now is part of the responsibilities.
Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative. English proficiency level of C1.
Proactivity. Teamwork. Used to report work done. Be able to produce documents and reports. Open minded to change. Self-taught.
Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or Computer engineering degree. Experience of at least 5 years in the IT sector, of which, at least 3 years performing same role. Regulated technical certification in ITIL: at least, ITIL Foundation.
