Caregiver Health Call Center RN – Spokane, WA

Providence invites qualified Registered Nurses to join our Caregiver Health Service (CHS) Call Center on-site in Spokane, WA. As a full‑time RN, you will deliver clinical caregiver health services primarily through telephone and virtual channels, occasionally in the Caregiver Health Services office.

• Provide patient‑focused care to caregivers, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and Providence policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, managing, resolving, and escalating issues in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize electronic tools and databases to document and direct caregivers and core leaders effectively.

• Required:
  
  Washington Registered Nurse license and at least one year of experience as an RN in an acute or post‑acute setting.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, one year of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting, and six months experience with computer databases and systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and OHM. Technological proficiency is essential.
