River Valley Nursing Home is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our in‑house nursing team. We are agency‑free

• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions

• Report changes in resident status to physicians and leadership
  
  Collaborate with LPNs, STNAs, physicians, and families

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (required)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and team‑oriented with a passion for quality care
