Your main objective will be to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers, maintaining operational excellence wherever you are needed. As a key support figure, you will contribute your talent in different centers in the area, becoming a versatile profile with great visibility through cross-functional roles:

• Customer Service: Active listening and resolution of needs at the cash register and in the store.
• Product Management: Cash register handling, stock replenishment, and maintenance of order and cleanliness of the facilities.
• Stocking: Ensuring that our shelves are always ready and attractive for the customer.
• Versatility and Flexibility: Quick adaptation to different teams and centers according to daily or weekly needs.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

• Minimum: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Medium Grade Vocational Training.
• Mobility: Essential to move agilely between assigned centers.
• Experience: We will value your previous experience in the retail or retail sector, but above all your ability to adapt!
• Technical Knowledge: It is essential to have knowledge (or training) in food handling, allergens, and HACCP system.
