Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented CPA to join a professional accounting team. This position requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex financial, compliance, and reporting responsibilities while supporting organizational leadership.

• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Tax accounting and/or real estate accounting experience preferred, but not required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Perform bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with current tax laws, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations
• Property Operations: Oversee tenant billing, collaborate with property managers, and support banking and documentation requirements related to real estate acquisitions and dispositions

• Prior experience with specific accounting systems is not required; training will be provided on internal platforms
• This role works closely with senior leadership, external partners, and financial institutions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
