Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:- Assist applicants and enrollees with walk-in inquiries and provide professional customer service regarding eligibility services.
- Answer and manage incoming office telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Receive, review, sort, image, and route incoming documentation to Eligibility Analysts for timely processing.
- Process demographic updates and other routine case actions to support timely eligibility determinations.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files and records in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare and process outgoing correspondence and mail to applicants, enrollees, and other appropriate parties.
- Provide administrative support to Eligibility Field Operations staff and perform other duties as necessary to promote efficient and timely access to Medicaid services.
