Your primary job responsibilities include building exceptional customer relationships, marketing to gain new customers, reviewing accounts for accuracy and needed updates, funding loans, collections, and customer acquisitions.

• Work closely with and support others in a positive, team environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Safeguard company monies & property.
• Assist in managing P&L’s.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, creed, and industry laws.
• Stay up to date on all company trainings and industry laws.
• Call and document calls to past, present, and future customers, educating them on the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Follow instructions, respond to management direction and report for work on time, as scheduled and ready to begin your work day.
