Pay: $12.00/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Rotating Schedule
Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Type: Part-Time
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time
Front Desk Night Auditor for a hotel in Alexandria, LA. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, completing daily audit procedures, and providing exceptional service to guests.
The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing guest service responsibilities with administrative and auditing tasks.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate documentation of hotel activity
- Monitor hotel security and maintain a safe environment during overnight hours
- Assist with additional front desk and hotel operations as needed
- Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work a rotating schedule
- $12.00/hour
