Inserso Corporation is seeking Network Support Technicians to provide onsite and remote Tier 2 IT support for DHS customers worldwide. The role requires quick resolution of issues across hardware, software, networks, cloud and related IT services, in a fast-paced environment.
You will report to an Area Technical Lead and work in a 24x7 landscape, performing LAN administration, device support, server configurations, and incident response, with occasional after-hours rotations and travel as needed.
