Manufacturing Technician
Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $18/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team in a climate‑controlled production environment. This position plays a key role in supporting daily assembly and manufacturing operations to ensure high‑quality output and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly tasks in a clean, climate‑controlled facility
- Support daily production and manufacturing processes
- Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment
- Conduct quality checks to meet company standards
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized, and production‑ready workstations
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail with dependable work habits
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
- Climate‑controlled and comfortable work environment
- Full‑time, consistent weekday schedule
