The Ameri Corps VISTA member will build and document participant success and case coordination systems to ensure continuity of services and reduce participant drop-off. Activities include developing tracking tools for participant progress; creating standardized intake, referral, and follow-up workflows; documenting coordination procedures across programs and partners; and building internal systems to identify service gaps and improve retention. The member will support data organization and process alignment to ensure participants do not fall through the cracks.

All activities are capacity-building and systems-focused and do not involve direct case management or direct service delivery.
