About the Position

We’re seeking an experienced  Telemetry RN  to join the team at in Alexandria, LA. This is a great opportunity to work with cardiac and telemetry patients in a supportive environment (not a stepdown unit).

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, comprehensive care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation).

Administer medications/treatments and monitor patient response.

Document patient history, symptoms, interventions, and progress.

Educate patients and families on health needs and resources.

Collaborate with the care team and float as needed.

Requirements
Requirements:

Active RN License (LA or Compact)

AHA BLS & ACLS (required)

1+ year of Telemetry/related RN experience (preferred)

BSN preferred
