CHRISTUS Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transfer Center to coordinate, process and document patient transfers, collaborating with referring and receiving physicians and hospital staff to ensure safe and timely movements.
The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, current RN license, and BLS, with strong problem solving and customer service skills. The Transfer Center RN will work closely with facilities, House Supervisors and ED staff to optimize patient flow.
