Travel Med Surg RN jobs at the facility in Alexandria, LA place you in a 346-bed acute care hospital designated as a Level II trauma center and certified stroke center. The facility serves Central Louisiana and offers advanced cardiac and neurological care. Alexandria is known for its welcoming community and scenic riverfront, with easy access to cultural attractions and entertainment. It's about 2 hours each to Baton Rouge or Shreveport.
You must have current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Louisiana or a compact state, at least 2 years of recent experience, and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience with Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems and acute care or trauma center settings is recommended.
