CHRISTUS Health in Alexandria, LA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Transfer Center to evaluate, coordinate, and document patient transfers into the CHRISTUS Health System. The RN will collaborate with referring and receiving physicians, ED and inpatient staff, and hospital leadership to ensure safe, timely transfers.
You will use Meditech and transfer center software, maintain bed availability, and uphold EMTALA and core CHRISTUS values through professional communication and problem solving.
