Registered Nurse – ICU

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU Nurse to provide critical care in a high-acuity medical ICU environment. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate patient care while managing complex medical conditions and invasive procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients, including ventilator management and hemodynamic support.
• Perform invasive procedures such as intubations, ventriculostomy drain placement, and cardioversions.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions thoroughly, ensuring timely interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper PPE donning and doffing procedures.
• Document patient care accurately using the hospital’s electronic medical record system.
  
  Qualifications:
• Current RN license and valid certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care experience.
• Willingness to care for COVID-19 patients and proficiency in ventilator management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and positive attitude in a high-pressure setting.
• Certification in TNCC a plus.
