Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care to deliver skilled nursing services to participants in their homes, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team to support independence and well-being.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current LA RN license, and at least 1 year in nursing, preferably in home care or geriatrics. A valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling are required, with benefits starting day one.
