Job Summary And QualificationsOur Administrative Supervisor Registered Nurses raise the bar by providing clinical expertise and the highest quality care in the most compassionate way. Our House Supervisor represents the Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence and supports the mission, vision, values and philosophy of the Department of Nursing. The House Supervisor promotes, advocates for and supports the nursing staff’s primary commitment to protect the health, safety and rights of the individual, family and community.

- You will be responsible for facilitating patient transfer in accordance with policy and procedure.
- You will ensure standards of performance are maintained as they relate to each individual department, with patient safety as the primary goal.
- You will display an appropriate level of management acumen in effective conflict resolution involving staff, physicians or customers.
- You will exercise independent judgment within the context of interdisciplinary patient care.
- You will have the general clinical responsibility for patient care departments for a specific shift.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
- 3 years experience Required
