Corporate Safety Manager

Turning Point Services, LLC (TPS) is seeking a dedicated Corporate Safety Manager to lead and enhance our safety initiatives across all operations. As a growing provider of precision millwright services—including equipment installation, maintenance, and overhaul for turbines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and generators,we prioritize the safety and well‑being of our team and clients.

• Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create, update, and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies to prevent incidents.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing safety training and resources to all employees, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Incident Investigation: Lead thorough investigations of any safety incidents, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in occupational health and safety management, preferably within industrial settings.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in safety management systems and risk assessment tools.
