As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining product displays, and assisting with inventory management. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $45, along with a supportive work environment that promotes personal and professional growth within the cosmetics industry.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Support inventory management and restocking efforts
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Participate in promotional events and product launches
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
