The City of Alexandria is seeking skilled carpenters in the Maintenance of Public Buildings Department to construct, repair, and maintain structures and woodwork in city facilities.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with carpentry training and 3–5 years of journeyman carpentry experience. A valid driver’s license is required, plus obtaining a Louisiana license and class D chauffeurs license during appointment process.
