Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA seeks a Social Worker CSW to assess psychosocial needs, coordinate discharge plans, and liaise with community resources. This full‑time role includes weekends as needed and works under LMSW supervision.
The CSW will help with eligibility for social programs, crisis intervention, and facilitating patient movement across the continuum of care while supporting patients and families.
