- Our team operates starting Mondays at 4:00am through Friday nights at 12:00am.
- 24 hours per day 5 days per week.
- Full-time employees will work a set schedule 40 hours per week.
- Five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday weekly.
- Shifts might vary based on business needs.
- Over the age of 21 years old
- Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
- High school Diploma or GED
- Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (Permit or Probationary License not accepted)
- At least 1 year of shuttle, bus, or delivery truck driving experience, with a strong, personable, customer‑centric background, is required
- Extremely safe driver, familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
- Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
- A CDL License is not required, but is a plus!
- Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
- Answer employees' questions regarding offices or department locations.
- Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees.
- Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route
- Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle.
- Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
- Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for your co‑workers and passengers
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all employees and team members
- Answer employees' questions regarding medical offices or department locations.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de‑escalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
You are well‑spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.
You are over the age of 21, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
