Accounts Payable Specialist – Alexandria, MN

Join Pro Mach as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) processes invoices for all Pro Mach Divisions using Concur Invoice and serves as an auditor to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs and controls.

• Process invoices daily with Concur Invoice, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Research and resolve invoice processing issues, communicating discrepancies and escalating to appropriate parties.
• Analyze unit‑of‑measure (UOM) issues between PO, invoice, and receipt.
• Support internal controls, reviewing open items for aging, credit memos, duplicates, and other issues.
• Handle vendor deposit invoices, audit queue, ERP distribution review, and posting of AP invoices in Syteline ERP.
• Support sales/use tax compliance.
• Assist month‑end and year‑end procedures, deadlines, audits, and compliance.
• Perform credit‑card reconciliations and vouchers payable research.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• 2‑ or 4‑year accounting degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Experience with AP automation solutions, particularly Concur Invoice and Expense.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail oriented, accountable, with a strong work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and service levels to achieve results.
