Accounting Specialist – Vendor Master

• Work in a fast‑paced Shared Service environment providing Accounts Payable support for Pro Mach North American Divisions.
• Create new suppliers and update existing suppliers in various ERP systems as needed.
• Respond timely and accurately to Divisional personnel, suppliers, or other customers to resolve issues or answer questions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and internal controls, including obtaining appropriate documentation to support supplier changes.
• Assist in preparation of 1099 reporting.
• Support the AP Helpdesk by resolving supplier inquiries.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Supervisor.

• 2‑ or 4‑year accounting degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel.
• Detail oriented, accountable, and strong work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
