Internal Operations Intern

• Review and organize client incoming tax documents
• Assist with intake of tax information and prepare documents for routing
• Track and keep client documents current
• Organize, scan, and process tax documents
• Assemble client tax returns following established procedures
• Assist the team in meeting strict government deadlines
• Perform e-filing and other final delivery steps
• Prepare informational tax documents as needed
• Provide general operational support and complete other assigned responsibilities

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree
• Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to client sites

Demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing client tax documents and ensuring compliance with government deadlines. Proficient in document preparation and e-filing processes, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
