Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Coordinator, EH&S professionals for a manufacturing company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, compliant workplace by supporting environmental, health, and safety programs while managing critical documentation and training initiatives. Maintain safety, health, and environmental records, reports, and logs

Generate reports on safety metrics, compliance updates, incidents, and corrective actions

Administer and manage EH&S systems, including SMS, LMS, and SDS platforms

Assist with OSHA and regulatory compliance documentation and recordkeeping

Organize and conduct safety training sessions and maintain attendance records

Support safety drills, wellness programs, risk notification processes, and behavioral-based safety initiatives

Participate on safety teams to establish best practices and drive continuous improvement

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s degree in a related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience leading a team, safety committee, or similar group preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Previous administrative experience preferred, especially in a safety, health, or environmental setting

Ability to maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements
