Underground Supervisor

At Tel Com Construction, as a Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day aspects of the project and for providing communication and leadership to the foreman and crews. Work is local with occasional travel.

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
  
  Complete as‑builts and redlines
• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have authorization to work in the United States
• Have previous utility construction crew leadership experience
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills with database software and Excel
• Prior experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local work with occasional travel
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus

• Frequent sit, stand and/or walk
• Occasional bend, squat, kneel, crawl or twist on concrete, dirt or gravel surfaces
• Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing and voice
• Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks
• Occasional lift up to 75 lbs
• Occasional work in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces
• Wear required personal protective equipment if required

Wage range for Underground Supervisor is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
