Customer Care Representative – Glenwood State Bank – Alexandria, MN (Full-time)

Glenwood State Bank believes that banking begins with people. We are seeking a full‑time Customer Care Representative for our Alexandria location. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday.

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, dependable experience.
• Assist with everyday banking needs, answer questions, and guide customers through transactions.
• Support customers in using digital banking tools.
• Expand knowledge of services and strengthen relationships with the community.
• Build trust and create a positive impression with every interaction.

Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday.

Hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
