Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Alexandria Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You'll Make an Impact- Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
- Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
- Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75
- Saturday Incentive:
Extra $5 for any Saturday worked! - Consistent
Hours:
Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 1:00PM until 6:15 PM Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays! - Advancement Opportunities:
