- Balance creativity with budget, code, and timeline constraints
- Licensed Architect
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong mix of design + technical delivery
- Proficiency in Revit (plus Rhino, Enscape, Adobe is a bonus)
- Experience leading teams and managing clients
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
