Lakes Country Academy (LCA) is a level IV setting that provides specialized services to students who are referred by their resident school district. We are a collaborative, trauma-informed team that prioritizes both student and staff success.

• Licensed Minnesota Special Education Teachers (Tier 3 or
  4) preferring Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD).
• Candidates with eligibility for Tier 1 or 2 licenses or Out of Field Permission will also be considered.
• Ideal applicants will have experience working with K-12 students with behavioral challenges and a passion for collaborative, student-centered instruction.

• Competitive salary: $55,998.00 to $86,871.00 based on license and experience.
