Salary Range: $43,067 - $71,893 (annual base salary,  MSCF contract)

Qualifications:

Minimum (expected to have entering the position):

  • Education Requirement – Associate degree from an automated systems and mechatronics, electrical/mechanic systems or fluid power program.
  • Occupational Experience Requirement – Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in automated systems and mechatronics, electrical/mechanic, or fluid power.
  • Recency Requirement – One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.

Preferred, but not mandatory:

  • Experience in conducting training.
  • Strong pneumatics and electrical background.
  • Industry connections/relationships.
  • Teaching practices that support student needs and promote academic and personal development.
  • Ability to work with a student body with a broad range of interests and abilities.
  • Ability to work as a positive team member.
