Engineer III

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer III who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing high-speed automation equipment to life. In this role, you'll lead the design and improvement of packaging machinery-owning projects from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-speed packaging automation equipment with a focus on efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness
• Enhance and standardize existing product lines using modern tools, materials, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with manufacturing, assembly, and service teams to ensure designs are practical and built to specification
• Lead and participate in design reviews to maintain high engineering standards and share knowledge across the team
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during machine build, startup, and production

Requirements

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in mechanical design within automation, packaging equipment, or related machinery. Strong proficiency in design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes is essential, along with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and supporting equipment build and troubleshooting is highly valued.
