This flexible role provides coverage for planned and unplanned time off, helping maintain seamless clinical care and team support.
As an RN, you’ll deliver high-quality care, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. We’re looking for a licensed RN with qualifications such as experience in skilled nursing, strong communication skills, and a focus on patient-centered care.

As a Registered Nurse You Will- Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards – Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
- Deliver Direct Patient Care – Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.
- Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance – Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- CPR within 6 months of hire.
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
- Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
- Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family.
- Ability to pass state mandated background check.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
