Schedule: Full-time| Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $120,000 to $160,000 (exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Director of Data & AI, you are responsible for leading Vivie's enterprise data governance strategy, ensuring organizational data is accurate, accessible, secure, and transformed into meaningful business value. This role establishes the framework for how data is governed, managed, and leveraged across the organization while advancing business intelligence, artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics initiatives. By creating a trusted source of truth and enabling innovative, scalable solutions, this leader strengthens decision-making, improves operational efficiency, enhances customer experience, and supports organizational performance.

As

a Director Of Data & AI, You Will Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance
  • Develop and oversee enterprise-wide data governance strategies, standards, and frameworks that establish accountability, improve data integrity, and ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability of organizational data across all systems and service lines.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Provide leadership for Business Intelligence and enterprise reporting. Standardize KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting methodologies. Ensure reporting consistency across all divisions and service lines. Transform organizational data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. Strengthen enterprise confidence in analytics and performance reporting.
AI Strategy & Innovation
  • Lead the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, automation initiatives, and innovation efforts. Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across the organization. Establish governance, standards, and best practices for AI implementation. Ensure AI initiatives align with organizational priorities, enterprise architecture, and measurable business outcomes.
Operational & Divisional Alignment
  • Partner with operational divisions and shared services to standardize data practices and operational processes. Eliminate fragmented or duplicative data management practices. Ensure consistency from point-of-entry through enterprise reporting and analytics. Build scalable approaches that support growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Workflow Automation & Operational Integration
  • Serve as the connective layer between Strategy & Execution, IT Operations, Informatics, Operations, Shared Services, and organizational leadership to align operational needs, technology systems, reporting priorities, and enterprise strategy. Ensure data, AI, automation, and technology platforms function as one connected ecosystem.
AI Adoption & Organizational Enablement
  • Lead enterprise AI adoption, education, coaching, and change management. Support leaders and teams in practical application of AI and automation. Develop repeatable frameworks for evaluating, piloting, implementing, and scaling AI capabilities. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI use.

This Job Also Requires
  • 7-10+ years of experience in data governance, analytics, informatics, data strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide governance and standardization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Healthcare, senior living, or multi-site operational experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
