Maintenance Technician

INH Properties is seeking a part-time or full-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks:

• Miscellaneous Maintenance
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal
• Interior painting
• Plumbing
• Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
• Maintaining common areas
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
• Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.

• Experience in multi-family housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Driver's License
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
